Hi there Wilgin,
[I posted this reply in the iMoo Applications section, since I saw your post there first...so obviously this is a repeat of what I mentioned there...a quick question...what words/phrase where you typing in the search section over at the iTunes store...we definitely want to make finding us as easy as possible]
Lets see if we can get your moo a mooing!
first, lets start with some basic troubleshooting...
what version of an iPhone or iPod are you using?
iMoo works with version 3.0 and later...
so see if your device is updated with the latest OS version
is the volume at a level where you can hear sounds from your device?
I was showing iMoo to a friend and he could not hear any sound...turns out the volume was off
we had a good laugh about that...
so might want to make sure if is nothing something like that
if it is not one of those things are you able to be more specific in terms
of when you say that nothing is happening...
what are you doing to get your iMoo to make the various moo sounds?
I take it that you are on the "Moo" screen...that is the one with the image of the can...
In order to hear a moo sound:
you have to hold the iPhone/iPod right side up
then turn it upside down and bring it right side up again
when you initially turn it upside down, you will hear a faint little sound that accompanies that motion...
it sounds like a little "clink"...then just bring the device right side up...
let me know if that solves the issue for you...
feel free to send me an email to at
support@pandacubproductions.com and let me know how it is going over there
